We are seeking a visionary and experienced individual to join our startup as a Co-founder and take on the role of Product Development and Innovation Officer. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our healthcare digital and physical products. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the founding team to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Drive innovation by designing and developing cutting-edge healthcare products.
- Manage the product development team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure product quality, usability, and scalability through effective testing and iteration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance product offerings.
- Support fundraising efforts by showcasing the product's potential and value proposition.

- Proven track record of successfully managing product development from ideation to commercialization.
