This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at GrowVista. The Co-Founder will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to strategic decision-making, business development, team management, and fostering the company's growth and success.

• Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
