Your Role as Co-founder

- Identify and establish strong relationships with coconut farmers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Develop a deep understanding of the coconut market, including trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.
- Explore opportunities for value-added products like coconut oil, copra, or coir products.
- Contribute to securing funding and investment for business growth.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- A strong educational background in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing or co-founding a business (desirable but not mandatory).
- A passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of the coconut market dynamics (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to travel to Srikakulam and other locations as needed.
