The Role: As a Co-Founder, you will be at the forefront of our product design and development, blending your expertise in fashion design with technology to create innovative and market-leading products. You will collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the seamless integration of technology into the fashion experience while also guiding the overall creative vision of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead fashion design strategy, overseeing product lines, trends, and the overall creative vision of the brand.

Collaborate with the tech team to integrate technology-driven features into the product experience.

Oversee the creation of fashion-forward collections and styles, focusing on both physical and digital products.

Guide the development of innovative fashion technologies, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and customer needs.

Stay at the cutting edge of fashion trends and ensure the brand maintains its relevance and forward-thinking identity.

Oversee sustainability practices in fashion design and production.

Build and lead a design team as the company grows, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Collaborate with marketing and branding to create a consistent brand voice and presence across all platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in fashion design, ideally with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and a forward-thinking approach to design.

Strong knowledge of fashion technology trends, including AI, virtual try-ons, digital fashion, and augmented reality.

Ability to work closely with technology teams to implement AI-driven features and maintain alignment between fashion and tech.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building a brand from the ground up.

Excellent knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and fashion production processes.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and trends in both the physical and digital fashion spaces.

Ability to lead creative projects, from concept to production, ensuring a high standard of execution.

Deep passion for innovation in fashion and technology, with a focus on personalization, sustainability, and customer experience.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in digital fashion, 3D garments design software

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital fashion tools.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in the fashion industry.
