Co-founder (CXO/Board Advisor With Investment)

Ziptrax Cleantech is a technology pioneer startup, based in New Delhi and has been incubated & invested by Shell E4 & Villgro. Ziptrax Technologies has developed advanced technology for the recycling of lithium batteries. The company enables the reuse of Lithium-ion Batteries, Li-ion waste recycling and recovering of Lithium-ion battery materials such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper & graphite.

What are we looking for

Looking for a co-founder with background in engineering/finance/ business operations, as the company is at the seed stage, we are expanding our Cofounder/CXO roles and would ideally start in the position immediately from June-July 2024.

The Co-Founding position would mean you are a big-picture thinker!

a) Founder/C-suite positions in atleast Seed/Series A startup.

b) PhD/Financial degree with atleast 4-5 years of experience EV/Chemical/Battery Tech industry.

C) Equity % is Dependant on the invested capital, the amount can start from INR 10 Lacs, & go upto INR 2 Cr.

What you get:

-As it's an Equity based role, No Salary is applicable but Profit sharing will be applicable along with commissions.

-Post fundraise from investment round, appropriate compensation package wi be provided.

-The Co-Founder will receive the agreed equity shares against capital infused and as per the agreed vesting schedule.
