Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder - CTO at Vaanee AI. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of AI technologies in the media and entertainment industry. Responsibilities include leading AI projects, enhancing voice cloning models, and ensuring the realistic output of the AI technology.

Qualifications

We are seeking a remote full-time AI/ML Cofounder (CTO) for our platform. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our AI/ML solutions and collaborating with the rest of the founders to research, develop and deploy solutions that meet the needs of our users. You will also be responsible for leading the engineering team, and collaborating extensively with the Head of Product and Head of Design. As a Cofounder, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the future of video sharing by contributing to the direction and vision of our platform.

Qualifications

• Expertise in software development and project management
• Experience leading architecture and product development teams in the AI/ML and TTS domain
• Strong understanding of IT strategy and alignment with business goals
• Experience with Diffusion model and GPT2, and voice cloning technology
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies within AI/ML and TTS domains
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with low-resource language generation and cross-language support is a plus
• Experience working with voice cloning engines is a MUST.
• Conduct research and experimentation on the company voice cloning app
• Understand consumer needs and lend your expertise to create a responsive consumer app
• Translate raw unstructured data into useful, structured information
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand company goals and create project roadmaps

Key Responsibilities:

AI Integration: Implement and integrate our proprietary voice cloning technology with advanced AI models. This includes working with models such as Chat GPT-3.5 or 4, AWS Poly, GCP, Azure, setting up the necessary APIs, and optimizing them for best performance. You will be responsible for ensuring the AI can seamlessly work with the voice cloning technology to provide realistic and engaging dialogues.

Language Model Creation: You will be in charge of developing and refining language models to enable the AI to communicate effectively. This involves training models on various data sets, adjusting and optimizing algorithms, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the system's linguistic capabilities.

Voice Cloning: Using our cutting-edge voice cloning technology, you will create accurate voice-only clones of designated individuals. This will involve processing and analyzing audio data, calibrating the cloning algorithms, and regularly testing the output to ensure a high level of similarity and naturalness.

Platform Integration: You will integrate these AI voice clones into the Telegram platform. This includes setting up the necessary APIs, creating and maintaining chatbots, and ensuring the clones can interact seamlessly with a specific audience. You will need to monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise and make updates as necessary to enhance the user experience.

Continuous Improvement: We believe in continuous learning and improvement. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and voice cloning technologies, and explore opportunities for their implementation in our offerings.

Collaboration and Communication: As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other team members and stakeholders, including non-technical ones. You'll need to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and assist in decision-making processes by providing your expert knowledge and insights.
