Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for product development and innovation to spearhead our efforts in creating cutting-edge solutions for users and professionals. The CTO will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to deployment, while leveraging creativity, market insights, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle, including market research, concept ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into innovative product solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and business objectives.
• Drive pilot programs and beta testing initiatives to validate product concepts and gather insights for iteration and optimization.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with product vision and strategy.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement materials to support product launch and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, iterating on features and strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy and innovation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management or product development roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market

insights into actionable product plans.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively

across teams and stakeholders in a remote environment.

• Demonstrated track record of driving successful product launches and delivering

measurable business results.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies, product management tools, and project management

techniques.

• Entrepreneurial mind-set with a passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous

learning.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA or

advanced degree preferred).
