Job Description:We are looking for a driven and passionateCo-Founderto take on the role ofCEO/COOwho will lead the operations, strategy, and growth of the startup. As a co-founder, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, from operational logistics to customer acquisition, and ensuring that our platform delivers high-quality, authentic meals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Drive the overall strategy and vision for the startup, ensuring alignment with our mission to deliver hygienic, homemade meals to the masses.
- Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, including food quality control, delivery logistics, and customer service.
- Team Building:Recruit, manage, and motivate a talented team that shares our vision of creating a scalable and impactful food delivery platform.
- Business Development:Build partnerships with local homemakers, delivery partners, and corporate clients, expanding our network and customer base.
- Financial Oversight:Manage finances, budgets, and equity, ensuring the company's profitability and growth.
- Marketing and Branding:Work closely with marketing teams to establish the brand and create strong customer loyalty through outreach campaigns and social media engagement.
- Customer Focus:Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback, improving service, and maintaining high food hygiene and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as aCEO, COO, or in a senior leadership role, preferably in startups or the food delivery/logistics space.
- Strong understanding of operations management, customer acquisition, and business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, willing to lead by example and drive results.
- Passion for healthy, hygienic food solutions and making a social impact.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
