CNC SETTER CUM OPERATOR

Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production.
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories used on projects.
-Ensure that every machine procedure is done following the strict guidelines of the company-Follow all company safety protocols.
-Inspect the work area and machines used during the day before leaving at the end of each shift.
-Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
-Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying stock receipt.
-Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and materials.
Specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters.
-Knowledge of Tools and setting of the running program.
