Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs using Solid Work software.
- Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Set up machines and tools for CNC operations.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machining processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document and maintain CNC program files and tooling records.
- Train and mentor junior CNC operators.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Solid Work software for CNC programming.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
