Job Title: CNC Turret Punching Machine Designer and Programmer

• Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced CNC Turret Punching Machine Designer and Programmer with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and optimizing the CNC turret punching processes to ensure efficient and precise manufacturing of our products.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop programs for CNC turret punching machines to produce components as per specifications.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC turret punching machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and maintain product quality.

Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.

• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning.

Maintain detailed records of programs, machine settings, and production outputs.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

• Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC turret punching machine design and programming.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.

Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in programming and operating Murata Machinery CNC turret punching machines will be a Plus.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with various types of metals and materials used in CNC machining.

• Additional certifications in CNC machining or related fields.

Experience in the warehouse storage rack manufacturing industry will be Plus.
