Cnc Operator

Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in operating CNC machines and a strong understanding of CNC programming and tooling. The position is based in India.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications
• Program and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or production processes
• Maintain and clean machines and work area to ensure safety and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in operating CNC machines
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or production processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
