Job description : We are seeking a CNC Operator & Programmer for our sister company, Flow Component LLP. The CNC Operator & Programmer will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, creating and modifying CNC programs, ensuring machine accuracy, and performing routine maintenance.
- Roles & Responsibilities :
The CNC Operator is responsible for safely loading and unloading raw materials and setting up any equipment or accessories needed during production.
- They also calibrate all necessary items according to manufacturer guidelines to run smoothly.
Produced Parts inspection and recording the same on inspection sheets.- Should be familiar with inspection tools such as Caliper, Micrometers.
Efficiency: Finding ways to improve efficiency and implementing cost-saving strategies
