Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various machining operations. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary in the range of X to Y per month. Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to given specifications.
- Review work orders and blueprints to determine the machining operations required.
- Load raw materials into the machines and monitor the machining process to ensure quality.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results and make minor repairs when necessary.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues with the machines and perform regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of programming languages (G-code).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform the job duties.
