Requirements:

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in CNC and VMC machining operations.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machining.

Proven track record of working with precision machinery and delivering high-quality outputs.

Programming Skills:

Proficient in CNC programming languages.

Experience in writing, editing, and optimizing CNC and VMC programs.

Quality Control:

Strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to perform in-process inspections.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

Tooling Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of tooling selection and optimization for CNC and VMC machines.

Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to tooling as necessary.

Safety and Compliance:

Adherence to safety protocols and awareness of industry regulations.

Experience with maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC and VMC operations.
