Job Title: CMI Lead

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

CMI Lead will develop key human centric insights across the all-Insurance segments for TATA AIG. He will be key touch point for Brand Team & Product Team to gather & assess key/emerging needs of consumers. He will be working on a daily basis to bring in key Insights to strengthen communication & marketing execution for Tata AIG brand.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead CMI function to help marketing & communication activities for the brand
• Insight business partnering with key stakeholders
• Design marketing strategy driven by strong human insights for various campaigns throughout the year
• Manage relations with agencies & vendors
• Help conduct research to assess brand health of all the segments of Tata AIG

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

• 8+ Years of Experience in CMI roles
• Prior experience with research agencies in both Qual & Quants
• Experience of work across both agencies and client side
• Knowledge of marketing concepts
• Good experience in Marketing & Communication
• Creative & lateral thinking
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
