_8 + years experience in similar positionMicrofinance preferred._
_Graduation/PG _

Key Responsibilities_
_
- Supervise and guide the operations/collection/verification team, ensuring they meet their targets and adhere to processes Work closely with other departments_
_2. Implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and retention._
_2. Develop and implement adequate performance reporting_
_3. Monitor the implementation of operational, financial and institutional development plans_
_4. Ensure timely allocation of cases to collections managers and executives based on geography and vintage._
