Description
We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in their assigned cluster.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the India market
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
