We are looking for a high-performing Cluster Manager to lead our sales team and drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing sales strategies, managing teams, and
expanding our company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Oversee recruiting, setting team objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering with them.
- Identify and approach government bodies and corporate clients to target key sectors.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation and closing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Graduation or Postgraduation degree.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English (required).
