We are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Manager (Banca) with 6-12 years of experience in the Indian job market context. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through the Banca channel. The candidate should have a strong background in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Banca Sales Managers, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth through the Banca channel
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Banca partners and customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 6-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
