Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager(Banca) with 6-9 years of experience to join our team. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales through the Bancassurance channel in India. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Indian job market and should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the assigned targets
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new business opportunities
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders including clients, bancassurance partners, and internal teams
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience in sales and business development in the Bancassurance channel
• Strong understanding of the Indian job market and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel extensively within India
