We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Relationship Manager to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. This role is based in Calicut and Alappuzha, Kerala, India. The Cluster Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the designated cluster.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the Human Resources Services industry
- Familiarity with market trends and competitors
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Age criteria (23-30)
- CIBIL Score should be above 650
- Banca/ Agency Experience required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in the designated cluster
- Understand clients needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep track of market trends and competitors in the cluster
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver reports on client relationship management
- Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and issues
