Job Overview
Reliance Retail is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager for our operations in Bhubaneswar. The incumbent is responsible for managing sales activities within your designated area. In addition to acquiring new customers (specifically retailers and sellers of fruits and vegetables), you will also oversee the coordination with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order taking and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers and sellers of fruits and vegetables in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to facilitate order taking and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to the needs of retailers.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
