This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager at PYRAMID located in Ambala. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple venues including Caf, Lounge, Club, Sky Bar, and Micro Brewery. The role involves managing staff, coordinating events and promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

• Proven experience in managing hospitality venues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
