Cluster Manager

Description

We are looking for a Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of Car showroom and workshop within a designated region. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for ensuring the dealership meet their sales and Service targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the store teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores in the region.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure all stores are meeting operational and customer service standards.
• Manage and motivate store teams to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Provide regular reports on store performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1-11 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
