Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple pre-school centers within the assigned cluster.
Ensure compliance with Kidzonia International Pre Schools operational standards and guidelines.
Implement and maintain efficient processes for smooth functioning of each center.
Quality Education Delivery:
Monitor and enhance the quality of early childhood education provided by each center.
Collaborate with teachers and educational coordinators to ensure curriculum implementation aligns with Kidzonias educational standards.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to educational guidelines.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise center staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff.

Parent and Community Engagement:
