Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operations
activities within a designated cluster of locations. This role involves driving sales growth,
overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver business &
experience objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster.
Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address any
issues or opportunities in real time.
Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive business
growth month on month
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster.
Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities and
customer issues to deliver stellar experience.
Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits are
defect free.
People Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best
performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-location
environment like retail chains with at least 2 years of experience
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a
team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to take informed decisions
