Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cluster Manager to join our team at CredR. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple branches within a specific cluster or region. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Cluster Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the used automobile market and industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster or region

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within a specific cluster or region
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Monitor branch performance and provide guidance and support to branch managers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Identify training needs and provide training and development opportunities to branch managers and staff
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to branch managers
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions within the assigned cluster or region
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
