Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquisition focus on acquiring to new customers and deepening existing relationships.
- Championing the purpose of building Liabilities book in rural India.
- Book Quality maintaining AMB balances.
- Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance.
- Adopt and promote Digital.
- Groom and mentor team.
- Build leadership presence in Cluster Managers.
- Act as a state leader transcending functional boundary.
- Uphold the tenets of Code of Conduct and Employer Value Proposition.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Execute organization strategies and align team effectively with an aim to create a healthy organizational culture.
Education Qualification
Graduation BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
