Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Head at YES SECURITIES. As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of branches. You will provide strategic guidance, drive sales and revenue growth, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed investment decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Broking & Wealth broking candidate will be preferred
