1. This is a hunters role, whereby the candidate is mandated to acquire new Enterprise Accounts customers in the Foreign Exchange vertical
2. The role has a team management as well as an individual contributor responsibility
3. Position is expected to meet assigned corporate sales targets both budgeted top-line and revenue nos
4. Candidate is expected to have a clear understanding of the presales process and design pitch accordingly
5. Expected to cold-call to generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline at all times
6. Understand customers service needs and advice product and service delivery solutions by working closely with the Relationship and Service Delivery Teams
7. Ensure adherence to KYC and compliance requirements at all times
8. Ensure regular and efficient client engagement in all accounts on boarded by the individual
9. In the farming role, responsible to achieve the targets for existing accounts on revenue
10. Promote use of FX Online Booking Tool in new Corporate / wholesale customers as applicable
11. Drive cross-selling of TCIL products (CT, VISA, Insurance etc.) in acquired accounts
12. Maintain complete details of all Leads in the CRM based Lead Management System
