Job Title: Cluster Head NCR only from Field Sales

Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our Field Sales team. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of more than 10 Sales Representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team achieves its targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to identify market opportunities for lead generation and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
Market Identification: Identify potential markets and opportunities for lead generation and sales within the assigned territory.
Seller Onboarding: Develop strategies and processes to onboard new Sellers, ensuring effective training and integration into the sales team.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Candidate should be from Noida/Delhi NCR region.
Proven experience (4-6 years) in a sales management and field sales environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in identifying market opportunities and executing sales plans to drive business growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
