Cluster Head

Job Ref - K-731

Looking for Cluster Head having great experience in any Measurement Instruments manufacturing who can take care of project management, engineering and project support resources necessary to meet and/or exceed customer's specifications, deliver projects on time, meet as-sold financial goals and aligned with company's quality standards

Qualification :

B. Tech. in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering OR MBA Finance

AND

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in segment specific applications with at least 5 years in managing of concurrent system projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Interco / trade business of assigned cluster (EU/MEA/NA & LAM/India / AP) Ensure the delivery of projects in the cluster on GP, Schedule, Scope and Cash-flow parameters.
• Responsible for the accuracy, quality, consistency and overall engineered solution and project deliverables associated with all projects delivered from the COE within the assigned cluster that aligns with the global execution model.
• Provides support for the project execution teams to help navigate obstacles and remove execution barriers.
• As leader of a cluster, the COE Cluster leader will provide direction to project execution team members, set performance goals / objectives and develop, track and communicate segment key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide input on sales, profitability and risks to CoE Leader - Operations for all projects within cluster.
• Provides feedback to resource managers on performance and competency improvement suggestions for resources working on projects.
• Participate in Operations Reviews of proposals to finalize execution strategy, identify risks and ensure international trade compliance requirements.
• Collaborates with global execution/ operation leaders and Global Engineering Lead to bring all engineering deliverables in one consistent format and helping to improve productivity and consistency.

Good to Have :

Good knowledge in application of various types of meters, analyzers and key product types and applications for gas & liquids measurement.

Good working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, API MPMS, ISO & other industry standards related to solutions.
