The incumbent would also be responsible for the following
Developing, implementing and reviewing processes & initiatives to sell all Godrej appliances,
AMCs& accessories though door-to-door channel
Constantly reviewing category-wise performance, gathering feedback from the field,
understanding bottlenecks and taking corrective and preventive actions
Supervising day-to-day activities of sales camps
Facilitating regular product-based & soft skills training of the Sales executives
Introducing incentive schemes for executives aimed at driving a profitable category mix
Ensuring smooth flow of information between the organization and executives for a brandsalient
customer interface
Coordinating with other departments like commercial, sales & service for day-to-day operational
requirements including collections, stocks, product deliveries, etc
Ensuring customer grievances coming up on the field are resolved within reasonable time
frames & requisite information on Godrej service infrastructure provided to existing customers
