Recruit and train the agents and dealers
Team Management
Channel Relationship.
Workshop, camps.
Plan and make strategies
Health & IPA GPW
Organizing structure training program by team for new agents or existing agents for knowledge upbringing
Daily activity meets with new and existing agents
To achieve the overall budget for the fiscal while ensuring cost effectiveness and profitability
Multi line budget achievement
Achieve 100% of budget - periodically and annually.
