Responsible for managing all daily Clubhouse services throughout all areas like Gym, Banquets, Front Office, Indoor Games, and assuring that the wants and needs of the club members and guests are met. Provide for a cohesive environment bringing together all divisions of Clubhouse operations. Plan and implement budgets, help in, hiring, training, and supervising subordinates. Provide orientation to Clubhouse members and supervise their Clubhouse usage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the overall operation of the Clubhouse.
- Ensures Clubhouse policies, procedures, rules and regulations are upheld.
- Ensure the correct storage usage of equipment supplies and their maintenance.
- Collects, tracks and maintains all sources of revenue coming into the Clubhouse.
- Review and approves all invoice before submission to accounts department.
- a. Maintains records of special events and daily business volumes.
b. Must have an eye for the detail and attention to help showcase the best property.

b. Maintain schedule of club house members and track their hours worked.
- Ensures the Clubhouse is secured while leaving.
- Experience in management or a leadership role and possess.
- Inform guests regarding our guidelines, and drug policy.
- Assists in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functions.
- Marketing and budgeting knowledge to optimize profits by controlling.
- Awareness and ability to do check in and check out procedures , card payment processing.
Eligibility and criteria
Degree in any stream
Experienced with min 6 months to 1 year ( Admin or Hotel Industry)
