Role Overview
The CloudOps Engineer II will help with support, research, implementation, and maintenance of a multi-tiered fuel and retail cross-marketing system, payments, and data insights. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, deploying and troubleshooting of our distributed applications. The candidate will also help with development and adapting frameworks to fit industry best practices and coordinating these activities among the Development QA and Product teams. They will be responsible for coordinating with the appropriate departments on research of and remedies for software bugs and issues found during QA, beta, and production implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain/monitor servers

- Leverage all ESP capabilities to successfully deploy campaigns, create reports and manage subscriber lists

Qualifications
- Must be able to interact well with clients and internal business units
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Azure/AWS and api services
- Have some SQL writing Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues
