Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cloud Support Engineer. The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Microsoft Azure technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and network security. They will also handle networking tasks and ensure the smooth operation of cloud services.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and System Administration skills
• Experience in Azure Network Security and Networking
• Knowledge of DevOps and SaaS ini Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing or network security
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
