Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
Familiarity with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google Cloud) and core network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, load balancing).
2+ years of experience in a technical support, network administration, or project assistant role, ideally with exposure to cloud environments.
Basic knowledge of network security principles and cloud governance.
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Skils:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to supporting network and cloud projects.
