Enable product and engineering leaders to leverage insights through effective communication, education, and visualization of data.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business or product refinement within the Generative AI sphere.
Enhance and maintain reusable tools and modeling pipelines, facilitating knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with focus on Generative AI.
Demonstrated proficiency in statistical modeling/data mining algorithms, including those applicable to Generative AI, such as Variational Autoencoders, Generative Adversarial Networks, etc.
Extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, and graph mining, with expertise in relevant techniques such as DOE, Forecasting, Segmentation, Uncertainty Analysis, etc.
Solid understanding of advanced statistical methods, with hands-on experience in working with text data using transformer-based models within the Generative AI domain.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, and frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, specifically tailored to Generative AI applications.
Familiarity with Generative AI algorithms for various tasks such as text generation, image synthesis, etc.
Experience in building and fine-tuning Generative Language Models (GLMs) such as Llama2, Mixtral, Mistral, etc., for bespoke Generative AI tasks.
Comfortable with open-source tools and platforms within the Generative AI landscape.
Ability to independently lead Generative AI projects and provide technical guidance to team members.
Skilled in translating ideas into actionable Generative AI designs, effectively persuading stakeholders on the adoption of innovative techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting clear, concise, and actionable Generative AI insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable familiarity with Cloud platforms and API frameworks like Flask and Fast API.
Previous experience in Generative AI applications within relevant domains is advantageous.
