Cloud Security Engineer

Vectra AI is seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team, focusing on Cloud & Identity - Threat Detection & Response. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical teams and our customers, translating complex security concepts into compelling marketing materials and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Qualific

ations1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical

field.2. 3+ years of experience in a technical role within the cybersecurity industry, preferably with a focus on cloud security, identity management, or threat detection and res

ponse.3. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and associated security chall

enges.4. In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles and technol

ogies.5. Familiarity with threat detection methodologies, SIEM systems, and incident response proc

esses.6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audi

ences.7. Hands-on experience with relevant security tools and technol

ogies.8. Basic scripting and coding skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for creating demos and proof-of-con
