We are seeking a talented L1 Cloud Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing initial-level support for cloud security operations, incident response, and ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with the security team to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, leveraging Prisma Cloud for advanced threat detection and protection.
Monitor cloud environments for security threats and vulnerabilities using Prisma Cloud.
Respond to security incidents in accordance with established procedures, utilizing Prisma Cloud for incident investigation and containment.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing with Prisma Cloud.
Implement and enforce security policies and controls using Prisma Cloud.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Prisma Cloud features and functionalities.
Provide support for security audits and compliance initiatives, leveraging Prisma Cloud for
evidence gathering.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle, utilizing Prisma Cloud for DevSecOps integration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 years of experience in cloud security or related field.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of security principles and best practices in cloud
Ability to analyze security data and identify potential threats using Prisma Cloud.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in leading cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Vulnerability management and threat intellegence Knowledge will be an added advantage
