Key Responsibilities
- Analyze security requirements and design secure cloud solutions based on GCP Services.
- Experience with tools like Tenable, Prisma Cloud, Qualys or OpenVAS for identifying vulnerabilities in cloud environment
- Deep understanding of GCP IAM roles, service accounts, and least privilege's principle, knowledge of implementing MFA within GCP
- Implement security measures to protect GCP infrastructure, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, and data protection.
- Performing penetration testing and threat simulations to identify potential risks.
- Investigate and respond security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security issues, collaborating with cross functional teams to implement practical solutions
- Document and report on GCP infrastructure's security posture, providing stakeholder with insights and recommendations
- Provide training and guidance to teams on security best practices, ensuring awareness and adherence to security policies.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies to improve security practices continuously.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1- Experience working with a public cloud security
2. Experience with tools like Tenable, Prisma Cloud, Qualys or OpenVAS for identifying vulnerabilities in cloud environment
3. Experience with Security tools : Qualys, OpenVAS, Tenable, Delinea, SentinelOne, DataStealth
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to make effective decisions while working under pressure
5. Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving skills and critical thinking
