Position: Cloud Sales Specialist/ Sales Head
Experience: 8-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for cloud services in India.
- Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
2. Market Analysis and Positioning:
- Stay informed about cloud technology trends and competitive offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Position the company's cloud solutions effectively against competitors.
3. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand customer needs and align cloud solutions to address business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
4. Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities.
- Collaborate on solution design and customization to meet customer requirements.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Utilize CRM tools for efficient tracking and management of sales activities.
6. Training and Enablement:
- Train and enable the sales team on cloud product features and benefits.
- Keep the sales team updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
7. Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in Cloud and ERP sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and Cloud computing technologies and services.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East and Indian business environment and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
