Job Description

Position: Cloud Sales Specialist/ Sales Head

Experience: 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for cloud services in India.
  • Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

2. Market Analysis and Positioning:

  • Stay informed about cloud technology trends and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Position the company's cloud solutions effectively against competitors.

3. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand customer needs and align cloud solutions to address business challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.

4. Collaboration with Technical Teams:

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities.
  • Collaborate on solution design and customization to meet customer requirements.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Utilize CRM tools for efficient tracking and management of sales activities.

6. Training and Enablement:

  • Train and enable the sales team on cloud product features and benefits.
  • Keep the sales team updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

7. Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Cloud and ERP sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and Cloud computing technologies and services.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East and Indian business environment and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
