Stakeholder management experience- Experience in working with large datasets and creation of data-driven executive materials
Experience reporting metrics, KPIs, OKRs

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and public cloud concepts (e.g. Azure, AWS, GC)- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a large organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with analytics databases (e.g. Snowflake)

The Cloud BI squad provides data-driven Business Intelligence to support strategic decision making across the Enterprise Cloud Transformation program. Fundamental to Morgan Stanley's transition to Cloud is the delivery of sustained and accurate information required to make informed and effective business decisions about application modernization.
The Cloud BI agile squad builds and supports the platform, conforming to the firm's software development lifecycle process. CloudBI is built on a robust, well-governed data warehouse that exercises change control to ensure consistent and reliable reporting, OKRs, KPIs, Metrics, Strategic Roadmaps & interactive dashboards enable value-based oversight across the programme.
Stakeholders include cloud financial management, devops, technology modernization leaders, cloud migration programme management and governance officers. The role involves early engagement with stakeholders, analysis of requirements, sourcing relevant information sources and visualization of required dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have strong communication skills, working in tandem with stakeholders, the Product Owner and the BI development team to create and maintain usable reports.
