Develop and Maintain Azure Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
Understands and experienced in Rehydration or Immutable Infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and ARM
Understands and experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible or Chef
Hands on experience with Windows and Linux and Administration
Infrastructure provisioning, configuration and application deployment is completely automated.
IaC Infrastructure as Code. Automation scripts are treated as code; source controlled and versioned. (So being comfortable with GitHub, Linux, python scripting, PowerShell and etc)
Be able to troubleshoot issues on the VMs, Windows/Linux Server VMs.
Write operational procedures
Work closely with Application/Product owners
Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies;
Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology;
Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products.
Hands on experience Managing solutions on Azure
Knowledge of security controls for the Public cloud (encryption of data in motion/rest and key management)
Experience with Open Source Cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible, etc.)
Overall 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure and Operations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud operations
Hands on experience with Azure cloud native services
