The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure - good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally figuring it out. This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.
Manage and Administer the Public cloud (Azure, AWS, Salesforce) environment, including the provisioning, configuration, policy governance and security.
You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
This is a project-based role where you'll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, you'll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth. Required Technical and Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure support.
At least 2 years of working experience with cloud (Azure, AWS, Salesforce)
Experience in Windows/ Linux relational Admin work
Working knowledge of containerization, server admin, scripting, configuration management.
Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
Must have experience driving for engineering solutions and working across teams
Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses.
Strong process improvement experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Certifications in Red hat and cloud technologies
