Job Title : Cloud HCM Payroll

Location : Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Coimbatore

Salary : 25-28 LPA

Experience : 8 Plus Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have a total of at least 6+ years IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience on UAE & Qatar payroll/ Compensation

Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Recruitment/HR will be use.

Ready to take-up challenging projects and roles

Product Skills :

Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams( HR) teams

Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product

Should have done end to end configuration of Payroll module

Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing

Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities

Professional Skills :

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Should be a team player

Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention

Consistently provide clear and concise status reporting to the project management teamOracle cloud HCM, Payroll Module
