Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, architect, design, actively develop cloud-based solutions in Azure in accordance with best practicesDesign the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc
- Build scalable production systems (Load balancers, Memcached, master/slave architectures)Validate the environment to meet all security and compliance controls
- Implement automation in SDLC wherever possible to improve the time to market and reduce chances of errorLeverage appropriate Azure services
- Azure IoT solutions experience with terraform is must
- Work with cross-functional departments to achieve the overall Company goalsSolve non-trivial coding, infrastructure vulnerabilities and architecture problems with simple and innovative solutions
- Implementing ZERO downtime in production systems
- Perform environmental analysis on quarterly/monthly basis to identify architectural improvement opportunities
- Building cloud and application monitoring dashboards and alerts triggerLinux and Windows system administrationDocument architecture and infrastructure designs
Required Skills
- Experience in creating and promoting architectural initiatives, balancing long-term strategy with short-term customer needs
- Hands on experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline, tools, techniques and deploying solutions in Cloud
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitStrong knowledge of IP Networking including VPCs, VPNs, VRF, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls
- Knowledge and understanding of global security policies
- In depth and proven knowledge of Azure servicesTerraform high level experience is mustEfficient and independently motivated
Qualification and Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferredAny links to your prior work (interfaces/websites/code) are welcome
Work ExperienceMinimum 8 years experience as a cloud engineer
