Solid background working experience in enterprise software applications, including production support, release, and upgrade management.
Analyze and troubleshoot the issues reported in Prod and lower env.
Interact with Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Architecture Support Database Support, other Development teams and Operations as required.
Develop the Risks, Constraints and Assumptions and Escalate to appropriate leadership and resolves issues that affects release scope, schedule, and quality.
Develop relevant functional and technical documentation.
Problem resolution, decision-making skills and aware of RCA and CAPA process
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Ensures all projects adhere to scope, schedule, technical and contractual baselines.
Skills Required:
A bachelor s degree is required, with overall of 2-4 years of experience and min 2 years in cloud Operations.
Should have hands on programming, design & development experience on Oracle PL/SQL & SQL database.
Experience in Postgres is preferred.
Should have hands on using Linux system and commands.
Hands on experience in DevOps tools such as Git & GitHub, Terraform, YMAL, And CI/CD.
Knowledge in AWS Services (EC2, ECS, Redis, RDS, EFS, System Manager, Etc.) preferred.
Familiarity with Change management process and RFCs
Familiarity with usage of tools like ALM, JIRA
Toll like Auth0, Gateway toll (Bizlink, Mendelson) added advantage.
